The maintenance personnel of the sister company “LE CAVIERE GEST SRL” handle all maintenance and management of the resort and single villas. When you are not enjoying your villa, it can be rented to a high level national and international clientele. For such rentals, you will receive the earnings, net of the maintenance costs. You can also receive a fixed, agreed upon earning, proportionate to the timeline you decide to leave the villa available for renting.

FOR THE OPTION OF PURCHASING SHARES You will be able to purchase type B shares of the company “LE CAVIERE ELBA ISLAND RESORT SRL”. Type B units offer special privileges to investors. You will be guaranteed a pre-agreed return for the entire duration of your investment and a resale option (subject to prior notice within the contractual times) at a price also pre-agreed.

CURRENTLY The return on the shares is 8% on an annual basis.

Furthermore, the repurchase of the shares by the majority shareholders of the company or by third parties appointed by them is guaranteed, at a price equal to the purchase price plus a percentage (bonus*), in a minimum period of three years with 24 months’ notice. This is without prejudice to the option to obtain the return of the invested capital even before the aforementioned deadline with just 90 days’ notice; in this case only the invested capital will be returned, in addition to the accrued return. * The bonus will be agreed upon for each specific case.

The Frascari family has been carrying out important redevelopment and regeneration projects in the area for three generations, resulting in the construction of prestigious residential units and all related public and private infrastructures. THE FRASCARI COMPANY operates mainly in the territory of Bologna and Modena, but has also been rooted for many years on the territory of the Elba Island.

Three generations of builders Stefano Frascari, builder, engineer, and designer, is born in Bologna, Italy, in 1958, into a family of builders.

His grandfather Bruno started in the 1930s, followed by his father Ferruccio in 1946.

In three generations, a lot was accomplished. Important buildings, bridges, and entire neighborhoods were constructed during almost a century of activity.

Gradually, the company reached a high level of expertise, especially in the field of luxury real estate.

STEFANO’S DREAM COME TRUE Since childhood, Stefano’s dream was to build a corner of paradise in the wild valley of Le Caviere, owned by the family for more than 60 years. He personally designed every detail of each villa, part of the magnificent resort “Le Caviere”.
