He constructed his house in the middle of his land to give a typical countryside atmosphere. Every day new construction giants approach Mr. Narayanaswamy to buy his land. “We have not yet decided to sell the land.” says Mr. Narayanaswamy. However, one could notice a tinge of disappointment in his tone when he says, “Selling the land will give a good money but not these activities.” There are reasons why Mr. Narayanaswamy thinks of selling his beautiful land. Because of industrialization, the demand for land in urban areas is very high, and this has an indirect effect on the environment, causing more pollution. To preserve greenery and retain his land, Mr. Narayanaswamy has to look for lucrative business opportunities in agriculture which is not presently available.
