We shopped homes in Mesa, Casa Grande, Queen Creek, Chandler, Gilbert, Maricopa and Eloy before we found just the right fit for him and his family (and a big dog that needed plenty of yard space).

We also shopped financing and DPA programs to help him purchase with as little money out of pocket. His payment at closing was less than the cost of dinner for two! FACTS!!!

We started strategizing back in August of last year (just after his Mom had completed our Homebuyer Education Class and closed on her first home).
