Hi I'm Laura!

Your dedicated Realtor, fueled by (cold brew and pickleball). I have a passion for teaching people how to make smart real estate decisions and I'm here to help guide you through that process.

I created this initial buyer intro to provide home buyers with the stepping stone to starting their home buying journey I want to equip you with the right tools so you can feel confidence when buying your first, second or forever home.

Hi there! I’m Laura Napoleon. An experienced Realtor®, entrepreneur, educator, and a creative dedicated to making my clients real estate journey a positive and supported one I’ve built my business out of my desires to create confident home buyers, sellers and owners. Providing education and knowledge whenever possible Owning a home is a huge passion of mine and I believe everyone should explore an educated possibility. Outside of my first twelve years of life I have lived and grownup here in the City Beautiful.

As a semi-native Orlandian I absolutely love all things Central Florida has become and holds for its residents. Including being a graduate of UCF, Go Knights! Daughter to a successful business owner of an industrial supply company , you can say that business runs deep in my blood. My goal is to be a total resource to my clients and be just a phone call away for any house related need that they may find.

I believe in strong communication and always working to set my clients apart from the rest. Outside of the real estate world, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Rik, our three sons, Cole, Parke & Steele, their wives, Stevie, Kimmy Jo, and our two new grandsons! We often frequent area farmers markets, the mainstreet districts, fun and new eateries, along with different community parks with our growing family. When there is free time you will also likely find me on the pickleball court or boating with family and making travel plans with friends

Focus here:

After writing out your lists of must haves and deal breakers, go back and circle the things that can't be changed - the lot size, the location, the school district, the distance to work, layout, etc The things that can't be changed should be your top priorities

Re-write your top 3:

After circling the must haves that can't be changed and eliminating some of the "want to haves" that aren't your #1 priority, rewrite your list of top 3 must haves and top 3 deal breakers. Before writing an offer, make sure those 3 priorities have been met!

Be flexible here:

What features are on your list that you could compromise on? Are hardwood floors a must have or a "would like to have"? Things like paint colors and flooring can easily be changed compared to floor plans and bedroom sizes

BUYER Etiquette

Have FUN and ENJOY the process. This is one of the biggest investments you will make.

Open Houses: Go, but give them my name!

New Construction: I will go with you to the model home the first time! The sales agents can be pushy. Be aware!

DO NOT CALL SIGNS: If you need more info on any house, just email me If you see a sign, but can't find the house online it is likely under contract. I can check it. Sent me a photo or an address

If you see a for sale by owner, I will help with that too! Just shoot me the address!

Most showing appointments require 24 hour notice. Lets keep that in mind for scheduling.

Many homes have cameras recording audio & video. Be mindful of anything you say and do inside any home we view Lets not give away too much!

Drivebys of listings & neighborhoods are always a good idea.

Do not view homes outside of your price range (online or in person) There's no reason to torture yourself

Getting pre-approved before seeing homes in person is nonnegotiable. See #9. Certain torture to follow if you are not pre-approved and start shopping for a home.

Remember I am here for you, there is no question that is a bad question!
