About the project:
The Encino house was designed as a middle class house, which has 3,390 sqft distributed on two floors, a basement, and a roof terrace. The materials considered are white vinyl paint and gray quarry slabs from the region to highlight the volumes. It will also have a parota wood lattice as a strategy against sunlight and to maintain the privacy of the inhabitants. The program has a garage, gym, small wine cellar, kitchen, pantry, dining room, double-height living room, 3 1/2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, TV room, laundry area, patio, and garden with pool.

About the project:
Valle Hermoso in San Miguel de Allende is currently a country complex to generate an equestrian community for foreign retirees with a love for outdoor spaces.
This new project seeks to create an environment that captivates anyone.
The clubhouse complex has approximately 16,145 sqft and is equipped with a spa, a multiple-use salon, the lobby, administrative offices, a medical wing, dressing rooms, a swimming pool, and a restaurant. Everything is fully equipped and accessible for people of any age so that anyone is welcome.

About the project:
Con-ARQ is a “co-individual” house, where people live in a quiet way, but with the security of knowing their neighbors. There are people in the streets so the area is prospering. The program includes an underground parking, a gym, a multipurpose room, a games area, public restrooms, and locker rooms.
Talking about the private program, an elevator leads to two apartments of 2152.7 sqft each per floor, all naturally ventilated with interior gardens that run through the entire building.
Finally, there is a rooftop as an extra amenity. These also have restrooms for residents, grills, and lounges.

About the project:
The project develops on 2152.7 acres with the objective of reactivating the community by mixing the native people with foreigners who come to learn the culture. The concept is that this space has villas (27), a market, recreation areas, and agricultural or fishing production areas. It is thought as a lodging place where tourists pay with work, this way they learn about the culture while producing, and the result of their work is sold in the local market, creating a symbiotic relationship between visitors and natives. The clusters have six villas and a farm, this villas can expand according to the needs of the inhabitant.

About the project:
This project was a government’s request to create a space in the city where the creative potential of citizens was reinforced. It mainly consists of five different spaces: an auditorium, dance/music classrooms, an administrative area, and an outdoor theater for high-impact activities. The building stepped design adapts to the shape and topography of the site.
