Everything you should know about Latitude venture capital Inventive people who invented small but basic things like a safety hook, ballpoint pen, the food processor, or the opening ring on a soda can were all ordinary mortals who one day had a wonderful idea and made it work. They were entrepreneurs with creative minds and brilliant ideas and the world is full of those individuals. Of course, creative ideas are not limited to innovators. Many people have converted their hobbies, interests, and abilities into rewarding, and often wealthy, endeavors over the years - merely by a need in the world to notice them and find a means to provide for them - and you can, too! Many people believe that entrepreneurial skills are something you are born with, and while entrepreneurs do need certain innate qualities to be successful, it must also be remembered that basic skills can be learned and that many factors influence whether a venture is successful or not, including a country's economy. America is no different. The US economy is driven by innovation and creativity, and the country's venture-capital industry is admired around the world as a driver of economic progress. There are an estimated four million Latino-owned businesses in the US, making them the fastest-growing segment of small businesses in the country, which in the last decade alone, wen up 34%, and according to Biz2Credit's analysis, California was the state where the most business loan applications from Latinos originated (around 20,7 percent). According to the State of Latino Entrepreneurship 2020 Report, Latino-owned enterprises generated approximately $500 billion in annual revenue and employed roughly three million individuals prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. Another key finding of the State of Latino Entrepreneurship 2020 Report was that the average credit score for Latinos in 2020 to 2021 was 614, and that bank approvals were generally lower for Latinos, resulting in more Latinos relying on venture capital from Latino investors to build and grow their businesses. The fact that Hispanic company owners own almost 10% of all businesses in California alone, is a significant contributor to the country's economy, but so is the fact that, across the state, these Hispanic companies support approximately 674,000 jobs. The key to success for any Latino business in America is adequate start-up financing, which, as everyone knows, is not readily available if you don’t knock on the right doors. The art of raising funds to make your business a success is also something that not many entrepreneurs fully grasp. In short, flourishing as a Latino entrepreneur in America demands effort, patience and a lot of hard work, but it is feasible, especially with the help of L'Attitude venture capital, to get a leg up! What is L’Attitude venture capital? L'Attitude venture capital is a type of private equity financing given only by the venture capital firm L'Attitude Venture to early-stage Hispanic/Latino start-up businesses that have been considered to have high growth potential or have already exhibited high growth since start-up. In short, a venture capitalist would purchase an interest in a Latino entrepreneur's idea, develop it for a brief amount of time, and then exits with the assistance of an investment. L'Attitude venture capital bridges the gap between traditional, lower-cost sources of financing available to ongoing businesses and sources of funds for innovation (the entrepreneur's friends and family, government organizations, and primarily companies). To properly fill that gap, the venture capital company not only offers attractive returns for its own members, but also a sufficient return on capital to attract private equity funds, and sufficient upside potential to Latino entrepreneurs to entice high-quality concepts with great returns. To summarize, most Latino start-up companies with development potential will require some form of funding or investment, and investors prefer to participate in such enterprises with a long-term growth outlook.
