Designed, engineered and manufactured in Switzerland, CleanCube pro is an indoor nebulization device made out of robust aluminium and galvanised premium steel having the highest level of corrosion resistance. An extremely powerful and constant air-stream, generated by a combination of advanced high rev turbine blower technology, a most precise peristaltic pump dosing exactly the desired disinfectant output and a specially staggered vortex nozzle for swirling the jet-stream, atomizes the hydrogen peroxide disinfectant into tiniest particles of only approx. 3 microns.

The ultrafine droplets are distributed everywhere within a room (3-D) thanks to a constant airflow agitating the air. This leads to an extremely high disinfection density in the air reaching all surfaces, i.e. none will be left out, not even the ones which are most difficult to access, including gaps, cracks and corners. As the particles of the nebulized fine mist are extremely tiny, they increase substantially the surface contact, attacking bacteria membranes exponentially.
Top performance, compact dimensions of 37x37x40cm and a weight of only 15.5kg. A large liquid tank of 3 lit. connected to a precise dosing pump ensures an even flow rate and enables precise dosing, irrespective of the fill level of the tank (many devices on the market have a higher output the fuller the tank). Depending on selected disinfectant dosage per m3, approx. 500m3 can be treated with one single filling (assuming a dosage of 6ml/m3). The spray gun with nozzle can be rotated by 360°, thus allowing to always point in the right direction. The gun can also be removed or optionally be extended by a tube of over 2 meters, thus allowing to treat pipes or ventilation systems. A remote control allows to ON/OFF the CleanCube pro without entering the room, a feature which is particularly useful when changes of planning occur as the disinfection process can be interrupted from the outside of the room.
This 3D-method proves to be successful to fight against resistant micro-organisms such as MRSA and nosocomial infections, thus achieving a reliable, flawless, time and cost-saving air and surface decontamination. The internationally renowned Swissatest Institute ascertained in a recent study that 99.9999% of the s. aureus and e. coli bacteria were eliminated when using CleanCube devices in combination with CleanLine disinfection liquid

Ease of Use
CleanCube pro is controlled by a colour-touch-screen and equipped with LAN and USB connections. Automatically, it measures the room’s temperature and humidity and transmits the data to the dosing calculator. It records all relevant, detailed data such as operator’s name, room ID, conditions of the room (humidity, temperature), room size and liquid concentration nebulized per m3 (dosing), disinfection date and ON/OFF times, duration of nebulization, brand of disinfection liquid used and even its batch number. These data can be either read and stored in the company’s Quality Management System or printed directly by a connected printer (accessory).
The CleanCube pro calculates automatically the time of disinfection required based on inputted room size and the desired dosage by using its touch screen. It also checks automatically the liquid level inside the tank and informs whether the process can begin. After starting the device, it will give visual and acoustic signals for 15 seconds. The room has to be left during this time-lap, then the device runs.
It is the ideal disinfection device for hospitals, large clinics as well as for the food processing industry, companies’ premises, hotels, wellness & fitness centres and professional cleaning institutes.
The reach of the jet-stream is 12-20 m and room volumes of up to 500-600 m3 can be treated. For a standard room the nebulization process will normally take just a few minutes. After the inputted time has elapsed, the CleanCube pro switches automatically off and informs the end of its running time through an acoustic signal. The disinfection process however is not yet finished: a short waiting time (length according to table in Operation Manual) is needed to allow for all particles in the air to settle down and to impact on the micro-organisms inside the room. Thereafter the latter can be safely entered again, no rinsing or post-cleaning is needed. Further to the above described “manual” settings, an automatic program is available where at set days and times the CleanCube pro will automatically start its operations for a chosen time length. This allows decontamination, e.g. on week-ends or in the middle of the night, when nobody is around. The third program called “STEP” is particularly efficient: It enables up to 3 sequential running time and 3 waiting time inputs, allowing after each running time the ultrafine liquid particles to settle down and to eliminate the microorganisms.

Accessories Handy accessories are available to enhance the convenience when handling the CleanCube pro, a complete list can be downloaded on cleanservicegroup.ag. A handy trolley enables the CleanCube pro to be rolled from room to room as well as to place the device at the most suitable location in the room. It will then run the disinfection process from an ideally elevated position. The trolley also offers storage space for the disinfection liquid, further accessories and protective equipment.
The case for the CleanCube pro is ideal for its secure and dust-free storage as well as for its accessories. Transporting the device becomes even easier as the cube, together with its accessories, can be rolled just by pulling out the extendable handle of the case. Further, device and accessories are well protected against external shocks during transports.
The Thermoprinter is easy to operate and allows printing of all logged data from the disinfection activity, e.g. operator’s name, room ID, conditions of the room (humidity, temperature), room size and liquid concentration nebulized per m3, disinfection date and time, duration of nebulization, brand of disinfection liquid used and even its batch number.
