Moves people off of the floor and onto donated furniture. Empty rooms become homes. Hope, dignity, and stability is restored. Referring agencies have told us that the return rate to homlessness is reduced because of furniture.
This is where we take old mattresses and break them down into components that are resold. Thousands of mattresses and boxsprings are kept out of landfills annually.
This is the reail program that helps support the NW Furniture Bank. We sell new and genlty used furniture as a revenue stream that helps make our work possible.
