On behalf of the West Texas Home Builders Association and the 2018 Parade of Homes Committee, it is my honor to welcome you to the 63rd annual Parade of Homes. We are excited to offer 3 sites for this year’s Parade of Homes. The subdivisions South Fork Ranch, Stratford Pointe and Preston Manor have proven to be the top contenders for this event which offers a total of 27 homes for your viewing pleasure.

On behalf of the West Texas Home Builders Association and the 2018 Parade Committee, I would like to present to you the 63rd Annual Parade of Homes.

Thanks to the attendance of the friendliest citizens in the great State of Texas, Lubbock’s Parade of Homes is held as one of the finest in the country. It is of the highest honor to have had the opportunity to serve as your 2018 Parade Chairman. This year, we are offering three unique neighborhoods. Two of which are brand new to the Parade! Stratford Pointe, Preston Manor, and South Fork Ranch were hand-picked for an excellent touring experience. This year we are offering early touring hours on Saturdays so you can beat the heat. You will not want to miss this year’s food trucks, live music, and more!

Whether you are looking for a new home, getting ideas for a remodeling project, exploring new trends in decorating or just simply enjoying this annual experience, we ask you to take a moment to appreciate the results of a well-orchestrated celebration of homes that has become one of the most highly attended occasions in Lubbock each year. Each year, the WTHBA chooses to “give back” to a charity in our community. A portion of the proceeds from this year’s sales will go to benefit Lubbock Homes for Heroes.
