The River Club is a waterside property with a distinctly Edwardian flavour. It is set on the Zambezi River, 18 km upstream from the Victoria Falls.

Tongabezi
The lodge can accommodate up to 22 guests in five river cottages, four open-fronted houses and one enclosed cliff-top house. There is also
a garden cottage, which is perfect for families. All rooms have views over the Zambezi. The cliff-side swimming pool overlooks the river. Boat trips are available, including sundowner cruises, canoeing and fishing trips as well as excursions to the nearby Victoria Falls.
Waterberry Lodge, just 35 minutes from Livingstone International Airport, has a secluded position beside the Zambezi River. Guests can relax on the sundeck, in the viewing lounge or round the pool and enjoy sunset cruises, alfresco meals and barbecues cooked under the stars. Hippo and elephant are frequent visitors and there is a diverse birdlife.

Most of the rooms are open-fronted and the decor is African, with attractive fabrics and fittings.
Toka Leya Camp is situated on the banks of the Zambezi River in the western sector of the Mosioa-Tunya National Park, some 12 km upstream of the Victoria Falls. Toka Leya consists of 12 safari-style tents, each en-suite with a view of the Zambezi and some of its islands. The camp’s dining and bar area is set beneath a shaded canopy of jackalberry and waterberry trees
There is comfortable en-suite accommodation in double, twin or family thatched lodges close to the swimming pool with views over the river and private lake. Two superb new chalets have their own private decking at the rear, overlooking the lake. The double-storey main lodge area overlooks the river and game park beyond.
The Zambezi Waterfront is situated on the northern banks of the Zambezi River, only a few kilometres upriver from The Victoria Falls, opposite Siloka (Long) Island. This establishment is designed to attract the younger, more adventurous traveller who wishes to experience the great Zambezi River, the wonder of the Victoria Falls and its wildlife surrounds, without great expense. It is designed to cater for all travellers, from camping to basic, good quality chalet accommodation. The lodge has a large, shady campsite, some pre-erected tents and en-suite chalets with river frontage. All chalets have mosquito nets, fridges, fans, bottled water, tea and coffee making facilities. With some of the best facilities in the area, Zambezi Waterfront offers the following; a newly refurbished restaurant and bar with river views, where even the spray of Victoria Falls can be seen in the high water season. On site there are two swimming pools, a shop, bar, restaurant (with wood-fired pizza oven), an internet café, Wi-Fi, TV lounge and a large activity centre.
