What is the purpose of this document? To give you a summary of information to help you purchase one or more of the plots of land on offer to the public or companies worldwide. As a responsible worldwide brand, Target Land, is giving you access to this important information to help you to decide whether the UK freehold land on offer is right for you. You should read this document carefully and then discuss it with the Target Land Agent, and then keep it safe for future reference. This document is divided into 4 sections.

1 How to purchase Target Land make purchasing your land simple and secure at all stages. We pride ourselves on our commitment to ensuring that our customers are fully informed and supported throughout the process of buying their plot of land. How to purchase your freehold land:

Select which plot of land you want to purchase. Either by paper format or from the Internet, both methods contain plot sizes and prices, the Internet is the most upto date: If you are purchasing more than one plot, just select and purchase one plot at a time. Pay (bank cheque, bank telegraphic transfer) a Reservation Fee of 10% of the total land plot price. This fee secures the plot and removes it from the market until the exchange of your contracts.

On receipt of your Reservation Fee payment, you will be sent a legal pack relevant to your purchase. These forms are to signed off by the purchaser, along with an ID1 Form (legal papers to identify who you are to the UK Land Registry, the ID1 is required by UK law).

Pay the remaining 90% balance (credit card, bank telegraphic transfer) on or before the specified completion day. Upon receipt of the balance, our legal department will then register you as the freehold owner of your plot(s) with the UK HM Land Registry.

Once the buying process has completed, you will be the freehold owner of your plot of land. You now have complete day-to-day control of your individual plot and you can benefit from any rising values of land and any future development gains.


2 Plot Reservation Purpose To establish the clients details for the purchase of a freehold plot of land. Details include: name, address, plot details, method of payment, Reservation Terms & Conditions and Sales Agreement.

3 Land Registry TP1 Purpose The TP1 Form is prepared from the details you give on the Plot Reservation Form. The TP1 legally transfers your plot of land to you. The newly registered land will be in your name and sent to you by the HM Land Registry in the UK.
