From site walks with customers to production planning with branch staff, you will learn the ins-and-outs of each team member’s role at a LandCare branch.

In-depth Orientation
Familiarize yourself with our company culture and identify goals to pursue during your summer with LandCare.
Cross-Training
Hands-on, rotational training provides insight into every aspect of the industry. This will help you find your perfect niche.
Management Training
See the business through the eyes of a manager with leadership training, business development, and presentation learning, project and account management, and branch administration.
Internship Program
Mentor Program
Meet and shadow a manager who will guide you through the learning process.
Monthly Evaluation
Review performance, revisit goals, and receive feedback on your experience each month to ensure you’re on the right track.
Career Opportunities
Successful completion of our internship prepares you for a career at LandCare. You will be considered for future opportunities postgraduation.

Landscaping isn’t all lawn mowing and leaf blowing; it’s a robust industry with careers available in a wide variety of roles, including business management, accounting & finance, horticulture, landscape design, and marketing.
