The Lodge at Ashford Castle, Cong, Co. Mayo she is very passionate about. We have very different tastes in music though, I like hard rock and heavy metal and Jen likes more alternative music.

Do you do everything together or do you like to keep independent?

We usually do everything together but if one of us wants to do something on their own that is totally cool as well.

Have you a family, is this something on the plan for you?

Jen has a 12yr old son named Thomas and I have a 25yr old daughter named Latiya and 2 grand kids – Kayden and Stevie, so no we have no more family planned.

Tell us who made your day possible in terms of rings, flowers, photographer, cars etc

Jen’s sisters, Louise and Kathleen helped us with everything ie: the cake, DJ, sending out wedding invitations, and were just amazing. The rings were ordered from My Irish Jeweller, we brought the flowers, cake toppers and wishing well over with us from Australia and John the photographer/friend travelled over from Australia with us for the wedding.

Has anything changed since you said “I Do”?

No everything is the same it’s now official we are married!!! We’ve been together over 3 years now and still have not had one argument.

Anything else we may have missed that you may want to add/mention?

Jen organised a surprise wedding gift for me in the evening and I would like to thank the “Celtic Dance Company” we were their first wedding they performed at and they were absolutely amazing!!!
