COMPONENTS AND PARTS
Maintenance Kits
LMW’s Maintenance Kits are designed to help spinning mills to maintain machine efficiency at maximum levels till the next scheduled maintenance. Maintenance kits of LMW are developed with utmost care, incorporating all critical and consumable parts based on their service life and industry best practices. The general maintenance practice in the spinning industry involves assessing the condition of machine parts and replacing worn-out components through
preventive maintenance. With the increasing challenges in securing skilled manpower, the process of stopping the machine and allocating skilled personnel for audit / assessment of parts’ condition becomes unproductive. The risk of overlooking certain parts during assessments can affect machine efficiency, leading to machinery breakdowns and production losses.
Maintenance kits of LMW are a ‘Fit and Forget’ package, allowing maintenance teams at mills to seamlessly install the kit and run the machinery at maximum efficiency until the next scheduled maintenance.
Maintenance kits from LMW cover the entire range of machinery, from Blow room to Ring frames.
Benefits to customers:
• Maintains consistency in Quality, Productivity and Performance
• Minimizes machine downtime
• Eliminates consequential failures of critical parts
