The basic terms are as follows: 1. I understand this is a limited special offer made to Members, expiring when the maximum enrollment is reached and as of July 27, 2012. 2. I intend to accept and purchase the Heritage Transition Membership at the price set and indicated for my specific Membership Category. 3. I agree to mark my intent to purchase by the submission of the downpayment, in the amount outlined for my specific Membership Category on or before July 27, 2012. This deposit is refundable if Laguna National Golf & Country Club Ltd elects NOT to proceed with the Lease Extension. 4. GST is payable at the prevailing rate on the outstanding balance of the extension price after the goodwill extension credit is applied on the market pricing. 5. The obligation of the Member to purchase the Membership will be subject to satisfaction or approval of the Membership Review Committee and at their sole discretion. 6.
