Technology advantages
Izodom building technology, the so called ‘permanent formwork’, can be simplified to erection of permanent concrete or reinforced concrete structures at the construction site. By selecting proper types of formwork components, type of concrete as well as proper reinforcement in some cases, it is possible to erect all types of buildings from Izodom elements: multi-storey apartment buildings, energy-saving single family houses, public utility structures, pools, industrial buildings, cooling stores and freezers, etc. The highest structures built using the Izodom technology are eleven-storey apartment buildings. Geothermal heat is an extremely environmentally-friendly and resource-saving source of energy. Ofcourse nobody has to do without hot water or comfortable ambient temperature. Last but not least this is about your well-being. Cost-favourable, easy, Sustainable Many people are unaware of what precious items they walk on every day – that is on a lot of energy hidden in the earth, but easily accessible. For example with the GeoCollect Absorber System which can be installed without problems in old and new buildings as it uses the heat that is hidden right below the surface of the earth. Incidentally, what is good for heating in winter can be used in the summer for almost free cooling.

The GeoCollect Absorber System provides you with as much energy as you like – quickly, easily and at low cost. Independent of the season or climate, of course. The great side effect: As there is no combustion and therefore no exhaust emission, geothermal heat counts amongst those sources of energy helping to considerably reduce greenhouse gases. And finally you will become independent of raw materials such as oil and gas that are becoming more and more rare – and you also contribute to protecting the environment and your own budget. Geothermal heat is energy of the sun stored below the surface of the earth, i.e. in the earth’s interior up to 10 meters of depth. Moreover, the GeoCollect Absorber System is able to generate energy from the so-called heat of crystallisation and from seepage water. Together, this already makes up a small power station located only 1 to 2 meters below the surface. This is the unbeatable advantage of GeoCollect: instead having to carry out expensive drilling, as with other geothermal heat systems or requiring large surfaces, GeoCollect has developed a system able to absorb even small amounts of heat and which can be installed in a space-saving way. Compared to traditional surface collectors, the GeoCollect Absorber System requires up to 60 percent less space. And another advantage: As the GeoCollect System is limited to layers in low depths; all you need to do is notify the district authorities of the work. Time and money consuming approval procedures at the district and water management authorities are not required. The GeoCollect System is easy to install and therefore perfectly suitable for the energy-related renovation of older buildings.
