ARCHITECTS ORANGE (AO)
This is a 234-unit mixed use project located in a quiet, suburban Orange County community with no other mixed use projects of this density. Collaboration with the city and client sought to develop a new Residential Mixed Use Zone that would allow for high density housing and commercial uses on the same lot. I was responsible for surveying the site, developing the design model with a teammate, producing exhibits for leasing and entitlements which included several public hearings and meetings with community organizations.
I contribued to this project using SketchUp with Enscape, AutoCAD, InDesign, Excel, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

This is a set of construction documents for two type II-B mercantile building shells in Florida.
This project was mostly developed and managed by twoperson team comprised of a Project Manager and myself. All work was done in Revit, and I was responsible for managing all aspects of the BIM model and all documents in the drawing set. I assisted the Project Manager in tracking budget, schedule, and organizing the project workflow. I supported the Project Manager in the development of the design and detailing. I researched and specified materials, products and systems with consideration for accessibility, design intent, code requirements, the site’s climate, and Florida Product Approvals. I coordinated the evolution of this project with structural and MEP consultants and assisted in coordinating tenant lease requirements.
I developed all of the following views and details in Revit.

This is a tenant improvement project for Architects Orange in Chamblee, Georgia. I was responsible for advancing the design with a 3D model and 2D documents. I reviewed construction documents and shop drawings as the tenant. I also coordinated the conference room curtain walls with the manufacturer and coordinated details with a lighting consultant. I managed aspects of the schedule and budget - this included furniture, fixtures, equipment and their lead times. The Architects Orange team that occupies this new office space was very pleased with the results.

This is a 600 SF backyard accessory dwelling unit in California. I was responsible for leading the project effort from initial design to permitting. I worked with a design principal to develop the plan, establish a plate height, and wall thicknesses. The overall appearance of this ADU matched the existing primary residence. All work shown was done with AutoCAD.

This is a large mixed use project with residential and retail components. Construction for a previous design had already started at the start of design. Concrete slabs were cut to transform this project into something completely different from what was previously proposed. The basement was opened up and extend the ground-level with careful design of the retail experience. I was responsible for producing a series of documents that communicated design intent in detail. I also assisted with coordination in construction documents and construction administration. I was honored to attend this project’s grand opening in 2019.

This sheet shows the pavilions in the Ningbo Mixed Use project. I worked with a Design Principal to develop the design of these pavilions. They embrace the idea of extending the ground floor to the basement as these pavilions have two entrances with one at the basement level and the other at ground floor level. I designed and documented these pavilions using AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
