Once an associate of ours hits their “ cap, ” they make 100% commission for the rest of their anniversary year We make it simple to go from paying a commission split to keeping your full commission and coach you how to get there as quickly as possible.
Here is a breakdown of how fast you can go from paying a commission split to keeping your full commission:
- As a new agent, the commission split is 70/30 70% to the agent and 30% to the brokerage
- When our agents cap, they have the option to advance their commission split based on their production For example: 75/25 or 80/20
- An average new agent with a 70/30 split can cap after closing around $5 5 million in closed transactions and receive 100% commission within their anniversary year
