Rick Cunningham -
Rick Cunningham is one of the leading real estate professionals in the United States. He is the Owner and Operating Principal of multiple Keller Williams offices located throughout California and Hawaii Combined, Rick's offices rank among the top of the Keller Williams Realty International system. The 1,700-plus agents spread across 19 Keller Williams offices sold over $6 4 Billion in residential and commercial real estate in 2021. Rick has been characterized as a "purposeful entrepreneur" and market trend innovator by prominent real estate media outlets Rick continuously strives to improve upon the client service models through his transformative verticals and one-stop-shop philosophies unique to the industry
In 2005, Rick founded Keller Williams Santa Monica Market Center, which became one of the most successful and fastest growing in the Keller Williams system Soon after, Rick expanded his enterprise and now has ownership and investments in multiple Keller Williams offices

Michael Putnam -
After nearly a decade in another industry, where he helped take a business from $330k in annual revenue to nearly $3M in less than four years, Michael made the move into real estate in 2011 His commitment is to serving people, while achieving outstanding results, and he believes that each needs the other to reach their highest levels
He now serves in the role of President for Keller Williams Advisors, a family of Keller Williams brokerages and affiliated businesses in Northern and Southern California, with combined sales of over $3B and revenues of over $15M per year. He also serves as the Director of Growth and Outreach for KW Clarity, a community focused on providing KW agents with the support they need while they or their loved ones navigate recovery from addiction
For the better part of a decade, Michael has been primarily focused on team building, business coaching and consulting, and the implementation of standards, processes, and programs that help to bring the best out in people so that they may lead the best businesses possible and build the lives they desire.
His personal motto is “make a habit of going places not easily reached” and he strives to do this in all areas of his life while helping others do the same

Here is a breakdown of how fast you can go from paying a commission split to keeping your full commission:
- As a new agent, the commission split is 70/30 70% to the agent and 30% to the brokerage
- When our agents cap, they have the option to advance their commission split based on their production For example: 75/25 or 80/20
- An average new agent with a 70/30 split can cap after closing around $5 5 million in closed transactions and receive 100% commission within their anniversary year
