Home Quarantine Application In order for you to travel to the TRNC and enter the mandatory home quarantine, 3 working days before the travel date, someone should apply on your behalf by going to the Ministry of Health or by sending an e-mail to evkarantinasi@saglik.gov.ct.tr you have to apply.

Who Can Benefit From Home Quarantine Aged over 70 Children under 12 years old Atherosclerotic heart disease, heart failure Patients receiving immunosuppressive therapy Cancer patients - those who have received chemotherapy and radiotherapy within the last 6 months Those who have had a mineor operation within 1 month Those who have had a major operation within 3 months People with physical and mental disabilities People with neurodegenerative diseases Autism spectrum disorders Cases with psychiatric diagnosed more than last 3 months period (reported and the treatment should be arranged by the specialist pshyc inpatient.)

Those who live with a colostome bag and permanent urinary catheter Patients with kidney failure insufficiency, who have loss a kidney Organ and stem cell transplant patients Pregnancy cases

Before Quarantine

Before entering quarantine you need to download the app Güvende Kal. After downloading, you must follow the necessary steps to enable pairing with the electronic wristband.

Things to pay attention to:

Your contact number must be reachable during the duration of quarantine and data communication must be activated on your cellular device.

Payment should be made by credit card in order to start the quarantine process.

The QR code step must be reached in order to enable pairing with the electronic wristband.

Initiating Quarantine Quarantine tracking will start after the pairing and activation process of the electronic wristband and the app Guvende Kal has been carried out by the staff. You are required to specify the location in which you will be quarantined within the given time period.

Things to pay attention to:

The app Guvende Kal and the electronic wristband must be ready for pairing.

Your smartphone should have enough battery.

The Quarantine Period

During the duration of the quarantine, you must not leave the location you have specified. If you leave the location, legal action will be initiated against you as this is a violation of the quarantine rules.

Things to pay attention to:

You must not take the wristband off your wrist.

You must not damage the wristband.

Your smartphone's data communication must be activated at all times.

The app Guvende Kal should be allowed to run, the application must not be turned off.

Ending Quarantine Your quarantine period will reach an end upon receiving an SMS notification which will be sent to you after a PCR test has been carried out on the date determined by the Ministry of Health.

Things to pay attention to:

You are required to upload your PCR result onto the Quarantine Tracking System using the app Guvende Kal. Your deposit will be refunded to your credit card when you return the Electronic Wristband to refund spots.
