EN / There are two constants in my life, motocross and the Husqvarna Motorcycles brand. Around the track, people know me as the guy in the ‘Husky’ clothing and always ask where the passion comes from. Besides the fact that the quality and style of the casual range is great, my love for the brand actually started as a youngster. I would be playing in the dirt while my dad was racing to pay the bills. At that stage I had no idea what it was really all about, I just knew I was also going to be a rider, no matter what. Like any kid, I thought my dad was just the coolest and that went for his Husqvarna motorcycle and clothing too. Well today not much has changed. We are still a ‘Husky’ family through and through, racing their bikes, wearing their clothing and representing the brand 24/7. I’m still out there playing in the dirt, only this time, the sand belongs to the motocross track we run.

ES / Hay dos constantes en mi vida, el motocross y la marca Husqvarna Motorcycles. En los circuitos, la gente me conoce como aquel tipo con ropa ‚Husky‘ y siempre me preguntan de dónde me viene esta pasión. Dejando aparte la gran calidad y el estilo de esta ropa informal, mi amor por la marca comenzó de joven. Supongo que estaría jugando con la arena, mientras mi padre corría para poder pagar las facturas. En ese momento no tenía ni idea de qué se trataba realmente, pero lo que sí sabía era que de mayor yo también iba a ser piloto, no me preguntes de qué. Como cualquier otro niño, pensaba que mi padre era el mejor y eso incluía también a su moto y a su ropa Husqvarna. Y bueno, hoy las cosas siguen más o menos igual. Seguimos siendo una familia completamente ‘Husky’, corriendo con sus motos, llevando su ropa y representando a la marca 24 horas al día, 7 días a la semana. EN / Working out at the track is tough business but it keeps me close to my passion. I am just grateful that Husqvarna Motorcycles provides clothing with ranging levels of functionality. This means I can always wear something that is my kind of style, whether I am hosting a corporate event, or sweating away working on the track. I also appreciate all the little extras they make, like the Thermo Bottle for coffee, and the Daybag to hold everything I need out for the day. I’m grateful my dad passed his passion on to me, and now I’m passing it on to the next generation of riders that pass through our facility.

As an engineering student I developed a fascination for roads and how people interact with them. It frustrated me that they were developed without consideration for the joy of commuters, yet there were still some who arrived at their destination with a smile. Most of the time, these were motorcyclists. I decided I wanted to be one of them. My appreciation for simple, clean style and a proven track record led me to the Husqvarna Motorcycles brand. The emphasis they place on design and uncompromised quality is the perfect fit for me.

ES / Mi pasión por el motociclismo comenzó de una forma poco convencional. Como estudiante de ingeniería desarrollé una fascinación por las carreteras y cómo la gente interactúa con ellas. Me frustraba que se desarrollaran sin tener en cuenta la satisfacción de la gente que viaja por ellas, pero aun así, seguía habiendo gente que llegaba a su destino con una sonrisa en el rostro. EN / I quickly moved from being a 2-wheel ‘newbie’ to full-blown motorcycle aficionado. With the help of a large social media network, I set out to prove that well-taken pictures of roads could appeal to the senses of both riders and engineers alike. I also wanted to showcase how natural it was for me to exchange my construction helmet for a Husqvarna Motorcycle Logo Cap. Nowadays, I am most happy when roaming the streets taking pics in the latest Authentic Tee, or when venturing further out of the city in something from the Remote collection. I have definitely found my comfort zone – the brand, exploration and ‘followers’ who share my newfound passion for motorcycling.
