OUR QUALITY WHEELS
We offer you the optimum quality wheel for every floor condition and every purpose. Choose from different wheels with equal diameter – they are generally interchangeable! The last two digits of the hand truck type number usually indicate the wheel number. The carcass structure of pneumatic wheels ensures maximum load capacity with minimum rolling resistance. All wheels are odourless and equipped with two water- and dust-proof grooved ball bearings.
PROVEN FOR DECADES
The pneumatic wheel No. 21 with radial tread has been popular with our customers all over the world since the 1960s. It features an unsurpassed, high-quality carcass structure that ensures maximum load capacity.
The AIRLEX wheel No. 25 commenced its success story in 1998 as the “unflattable wheel”. Especially in the beverage industry, this wheel with radial tread makes a significant contribution to economic efficiency, because it boasts a five time longer service life due to its material properties – it is made of polyurethane and contains thousands of microcellular air bubbles. Both wheel types offer minimum rolling resistance, very good shock absorption on uneven floors and are enormously directionally stable.

SLIDING SKIDS WITH WEAR INDICATOR MADE OF EXLAN PLASTIC
For the protection of the angled aluminium skids and gentle traversing of stairs. The integrated red core indicates the skid’s degree of wear; quick exchange by clamp system.
CONTINUOUSLY CURVED AXLE
The curved shape facilitates tilting even with heavy loads and prevents the foot from slipping. The curved axle is fitted as standard on all wheels with a diameter of 260 mm.
SPADE FOOTPLATES
PROFILED, PRECISION-MILLED FOOTPLATES
The perfect quality footplate for every application – choose your favourite. The tightly profiled, precision-milled spade footplate made of a special alloy prevents the loads from laterally sliding. The slightly bevelled front facilitates sliding under the load. The concave back of the shovel provides safe support for round goods, such as barrels or rolls. On request, we can also deliver all spade footplates foldable at no extra charge!

HAND PROTECTION

THE UNFLATTABLE
The unflattable AIRLEX wheel No. 25 is made of foamed polyurethane. It offers a long service life and very high operator comfort.
ANGLED SKIDS
The slip profiles feature an integrated red wear indicator for the protection of the structure. They can be exchanged in no time thanks to the clamp system.
TRANSPORT ALL-ROUNDER
Safe transport of different goods: thanks to their two shovels, not a problem for the transport all-rounders. A short, flat shovel for heavy goods of up to 300 kg and a tubular shovel for crates and packages of up to 150 kg – pretty clever!

FOLDING UPRIGHT
Type 823 820 21 160KL with upright folding at the top for easy tilting. Only when the rigid shovel and the lower handles are used, is the maximum load capacity 300 kg.
SOFT PROTECTORS
We recommend the soft protectors to protect your delicate and unpacked goods against damage during transport. They are simply attached to the upright with hook-and-loop fasteners.
CARRYING FRAME
Carrying frame, accessory Type 1178: it allows two persons to transport heavy and bulky goods ergonomically and easily up and down stairs.
STEEL HAND TRUCK
The two-piece heavy-duty lashing strap with clamping lock fastens and secures your load on all hand trucks.
HAND PROTECTION
The ergonomic dog-ear handles with integrated hand guards relieve the hand muscles and prevent injuries when driving through narrow aisles.
PROTECTIVE PROFILES

Since it can be divided and folded up, the loading ramp Type N 8 772 44 can be easily transported in the vehicle. It is thus available for loading procedures at all times.

Smooth running wheel Type 1067 as attachement to transport the foldable loading ramp ergonomically to the place of use. Saves time and constributes to the health of the employees.
