The performers were the Radio Symphony Orchestra of the Southwest German Radio and Mike Svoboda, trombone, under the direction of Peter Rundel.Music for Trombone and Orchestra ist ein Auftragswerk des Radio-Sinfonieorchester Stuttgart des SWR (Südwestrundfunk) Hans-Peter Jahr, ECLAT-Festivalleiter und wurde am 13. Februar 2011 im Rahmen des ECLAT Festivals in Stuttgart uraufgeführt. Ausführende waren: das Radio-Sinfonieorchester des Südwestdeutschen Rundfunks mit Mike Svoboda, Posaune unter der Leitung von Peter Rundel.
