Following a theme coined as “Jungle Chic,” this project involves the redevelopment of a highly popular group of high-end brands and restaurants. This outdoor mall integrates a feeling of being surrounded by greenery to create a one-of-a-kind shopping experience. Multiple studies were conducted to rework the flow of traffic, which has been extremely congested. This presently allows for cars and pedestrians to traverse the landscape safely.

Transforming from a raw space into a meticulously tailored store, this project honors the foundational structure it’s built upon. Despite its modest footprint, it encapsulates everything necessary to embody the custom, refined aesthetic synonymous with the brand. Nestled on the second floor of an outlet mall, this store commands attention with its captivating architectural elements, including expansive beams and discreetly integrated fitting room.

PENN 2, a high-performance, mixed-use building, is positioned along Seventh Avenue between West 31st and West 33rd Streets, as a key component of the expansive Penn District revitalization initiative. The 412-foot-tall structure will showcase a distinctive raised addition, elevated nearly 50 feet above ground level and upheld by sturdy slanting columns anchored to the original station’s foundations. The ceiling above the plaza will be adorned with LED-backed perforated metal panels, crafting an immersive light installation that imparts a profound sense of location and civic grandeur to the newly fashioned plaza below.

The Fulton Street development unlocks one of Downtown Brooklyn’s largest remaining as-of-right development opportunities at nearly 450,000 square feet of zoning floor area. The site offers unparalleled views of the Manhattan skyline and New York Harbor and seamlessly integrates the bustling Fulton Street retail corridor with the storied neighborhoods to the west.
This landmark project embodies Brooklyn’s forwardthinking vision, rich culture, and commitment to the public realm. The design features a multi-tiered architectural framework that harmoniously transitions from adjacent structures to the soaring 565 foot tower. With a flexible retail and commercial base, the mixeduse tower extends to mid-rise and high-rise segments capable of accommodating both residential rentals and condominiums.

140 West 57th Street complements its pre-war inspired design with one-ofa-kind duplex office suites.
