On the first floor it has vehicular access and the main social areas such as a bathroom for visitors, kitchen, dining room and study room. On the second floor are the rooms and bathroom for family members, in addition a secondary room is established for home management and work activities. It should be noted that the design seeks simplicity to ensure that the people who inhabit this space feel comfortable and have a habitat that meets their needs.

A structure is handled in metallic columns with Steel Framing. Metallic columns in I and metallic parallels in C are handled, in addition the walls are handled with a drywall materility to have acoustic and biclimatic comfort

Structure and context
The house is located in a rural context with large green areas and has an area for an orange and potato orchard, which are the most common crops in this area.

An L-shaped housing complex is designed, with duplex apartments on one side and triplex apartments on the other. Social areas are proposed in the lower part with restaurants and playgrounds, on the main platform there are accesses to these spaces

The bamboo park BogotaColombia

currently Design: The bamboo park is planted in Ciudad Bolivar and its main purpose is to promote comprehensive improvement of neighborhoods, in this case a playroom, playground, exercise machine and a community garden are proposed.

We are located on the outskirts of Bogota
Exactly in El Guabal, this area requires immediate treatment due to the conditions of illegality and the fact of public space. In the toy library, the main floor is used for the youngest in the sector and the second floor is for community meetings.
