New Creation will host a food drive, “Meat for the KCM Food Pantry,” the week of January 20th through 27th. Donation containers will be displayed at Dozier Meat Market, Sweet Tooth Shoppe and other local businesses. The meat locker at the Food Pantry need to be restocked as hunger continues in the community year round! Your donation will be spent at a local business to support this important ministry.

Everyone is welcome to New Creation’s Grand Opening on Sunday, February 10th at the Irene Stern Community Center in Fulshear. The services are a blend of Lutheran worship and contemporary praise with Holy Communion offered at 10 am. The worship leader, Josh Pack, will make you feel at home and inspire your worship. Children are welcome in all our worship services with Sunday school held during the second half of the service. Pastor Dale Olson and his wife, Alene, believe that everyone matters to God. “We live out our mission statement “to serve and share God’s love.” Part of the Grand Opening offering on Sunday, Feb. 10th will go to the Katy Christian Ministries Food Pantry in Fulshear. With Valentine’s Day only a few days away, the message will focus on making our relationships better. During the Ash Wednesday service on Feb. 13th at 7 pm, everyone will be welcomed at Holy Communion and all ages will have the option of receiving the Imposition of Ashes.
