Prices are too high! Inventory is too low! Inflation is looming! Deflation is just around the corner! Foreclosure moratoriums and rental assistance programs are too burdensome! Understanding the difference between reasons and excuses is fundamental to your success in every aspect of your life. When it comes to investing, scarcityminded people will allow others to dictate their future. If things are hard, they find an excuse to not proceed and to pass the blame. In doing so, they also cede responsibility for controlling their results. Investors want control of their financial future. They set goals and understand that any investment that supports those goals is a good investment. Importantly, they take ownership while the scarcity-minded are making excuses. If things are hard, investors lean into the problem and ask, “How do I?” This month KREIA is hosting a fantastic panel that will provide you with a multitude of answers to that very question. Vice President Stacey Duvall will be moderating a panel featuring Chris McCarty, Dennis Erhard, Jay Long and Darin O’Neil and covering topics such as how to invest with little to no money down, how to sell with a Lease and Option, and how to avoid/delay taxes by investing through your Self-Directed IRA (SDIRA). You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want — Zig Ziglar Continued on Page 4
