Fly Ranch is a 3,800 acre ranch in Northern Nevada. The site is operated by the community of Burning Man festival.
The idea is based on symbiotic relationship of both sites. Recycled Burning Man waste is reused for ecological building and growing fungi and vegetables. Fly Ranch products supply the festival when needed.
The concept is inspired by the natural wisdom of fungi. The essence of the fungal network is an adaptability, a communication and a symbiosis. Fly Ranch community will inhabit the area using fungal technology for building, cleaning the water or as a source of food.
