School and Community Group Programs
Schools, scouting troops, church groups and more are invited to schedule a docent led tour through the following programs. Tours are customized for each age group, from preschool to adult. For more information or to schedule your tour, please contact education@krasl.org. Understanding Art 90 minute dynamic tours that support each exhibitions in the galleries. Includes art making in the studios related to the artwork on view. $2 per child, tour rates for adults vary. SculpTour 45-60 minute historical tour of the KAC sculpture garden as well as memorials and sculptures along Lake Bluff Park. $45 per tour. Art Touch Hands-on tour of cultural artifacts which travels to you! Cultural kits include: African Odyssey, Ancient Greece, Potawatomi: Keepers of the Fire, Sculpture Alive, Far East Fantasies, Hola Mexico and Discovering Islam. Each 45-60 minute presentation includes a cultural guide book. $45 per presentation + mileage
Kids Art Workshops
Available at each opening reception, children can enjoy exhibition-inspired art making in the studios while guardians attend the reception. Family Open Studios (FOS)
Families of all ages are welcome to drop in for a FOS session, the 2nd Sunday of each month (except July), 2-3:30pm. Enjoy exhibition related art explorations in the studios! Sign up for a family membership to attend at a discounted rate! Fee per session: $10 per member family /$25 per non-member

Water World, November 13, Drip, draw, and paint the afternoon away with water based media, all inspired by the KAC water themed exhibit: Flow, opening November 18. Winter Wonders, December 11, Continue to explore water
based media while making one-of-a kind snowflakes and fresh winter landscape paintings.
