Introducing our new Korowa brand

New brand campaign creative.
Did you know that in early 2020 Korowa completed a brand refresh? This was to ensure that we present ourselves accurately, reflecting who we are. With a strong existing brand, our refresh was subtly paying homage to our values and traditions, while bringing a contemporary fresh style.
This included the introduction of a new personality font, a review of the colour palette and the introduction of a palm graphic representing our Latin School motto Palma Non Sine Pulvere, or ‘no palms without dust’.
It was this brand refresh that set the foundation for the new design of the Korovian magazine launched in August 2020, followed by a new website in 2021.
You may have also noticed the refreshed look and feel on posters around the School and in material such as our subject selection Navigators. With these important brand foundations in place we excitedly began to explore the potential for a new marketing campaign for Korowa.

We are delighted to share this new campaign direction on the front cover of this edition of the Korovian. You may also see it around the local area as part of our outdoor promotions, or through digital channels, as we begin to share it with the broader community. We are excited about this new direction and it accurately represents the Korowa we know and what we stand for.
So, people often ask, why do we need to market our School? While Korowa is always discerning about how we promote our School, we do operate in an increasingly competitive market.
Families are looking at many schools when choosing the right school for their child. Where will they belong, have the best opportunities, be happy, make friends, do well in their studies and get involved in co-curricular activities. It is a big decision, an emotional decision, and parents need to be reassured they are providing their child with the very best opportunity.
Our new marketing campaign helps us to share the Korowa we love, what we stand for and our offer. We are a School where students are courageous, confident, supported and encouraged to do their best and be who they want to be. Korowa is a School where students defy expectations!
‘Imagine if we were to think about Korowa as a person. What would they look like? They would be ambitious, creative, discerning, curious, joyful, bold, confident, courageous and kind. That is who Korowa is and what we aimed to visualise and share.’
