Medical assistance for athletes can be found at the medical centre and there will also be an ambulance located outside the MPH.
Washrooms: MPH, Auditorium (inside and outside), rear of Health Centre, Rugby Field (Portable)- Please be aware that adults are strictly not permitted to use the changing rooms/toilets designated for the student athletes.
Attendance Verification: Before entering, please complete the visitor's registration form attached here to confirm your attendance at the event. This will allow a more efficient entry process.
Entrance: We kindly request that all spectators enter through the Secondary School’s main guardhouse entrance.
Dropping off student athletes: The schedule of sports/events is listed below, including drop off points which will be signposted.
On-site Parking: The Auditorium carpark will be available for spectators, and will be signposted.
Off-Site Parking: If necessary, alternative parking is available off-site. If you are parking roadside, please exercise caution as the road is typically very busy.
School site: Our marshals will be in place to guide and assist you in reaching your designated viewing area.
Car Sharing Encouraged: To minimise parking congestion, we strongly encourage parents to consider car sharing. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in advance, and it contributes to the overall success and safety of the event.
Expectations: We kindly remind all parents that each school is responsible for the behaviour of their attendees. We encourage a positive and respectful atmosphere throughout the competition.
Supportive Parents: We warmly welcome parents to come and support their children during the event. As spectators, you will have access to all featured sports and matches.
Staying within Designated Viewing Areas: For the safety of participants and the integrity of the event, it is essential that spectators remain within their designated viewing areas at all times.
Access to the school grounds away from the matches and games is prohibited and please refrain from encroaching on the pitches, courts or playing areas during competitions.
Restroom Facilities: Adult restroom facilities are signposted for your convenience. Please be aware that adults are strictly not permitted to use the changing rooms/toilets designated for the student athletes.
Refreshments: There will be concession stands run by our Parents Teachers Committee (PTC), offering a selection of food and beverages, including snacks, and drinks. There will also be a coffee and food truck available to purchase refreshments. This will be located between the athletics track and the swimming pool Some freshments will also be available at the Rugby Pavilion.
Photography: Please note that the use of personal drones is prohibited on the premises Particular care should be taken to avoid recording digital images of other students unnecessarily without consent. Similarly, sharing of such images should only be undertaken after careful consideration of possible impacts.
