Louvers Fresh Air Intake Sets Introduction KMC Fresh Air Intake Louver assembly consists of a fresh air louver, a sand trap louver, a Volume control damper and filter assembly. It has the combined effect of sand trap and fresh air louvers along with air flow regulation with the help of control damper. The fresh air louver is used to supply fresh air to the buildings or Air Handling Units (AHU). The filter is made from washable Aluminium media and is fixed on the back side of the louver. Insulating gasket is fixed between the frames of each assembly component to prevent air leakage.
Fresh Air Intake Sets manufactured by KMC consist of an assembly of • Air Intake louver (FAL) - extruded aluminum • Sand trap louver (KSTL) • Volume control damper: galvanized steel, opposed blades, with manual hand quadrant (JB11/12) • Filter: 50 mm thick aluminum cleanable filter • Hinged access door (optional)
Finish • Powder Coated to RAL 9010 as standard • Intake Louver – FAL • Sand Trap Louver - KSTL
