Wind Ventilation For the wind analysis, the wind that reaches into the site is likely to be a gentle breeze wind. Also, first the wind will come from the south as the primary wind flow and next is north-east of the site as secondary wind flow. In April month, the wind will strongly come from the south at least 15 Mph, which turns into moderate breeze wind and that is good for both flowing wind of the building and cooling down the building.

The user that I focus on is elderly people and middle age, people And also this is for the activities that they usually do in one day. which the activities are not much different, but there are only periods of work that added to the activities of middle age people.

Concept: Social participation Inspiration: I want to build the relationships of people through the use of facilities

FACADE Fiber Cement

Because as people get older, their social relationships also decline due to various reasons such as health problems or any other problem that decreases their social relationships, so I use the facilities . The convenience of the building of the building came as a help to make them more social than they used to be.

Therefore, I set the facilities available on every floor of the building to enhance the relationship between residents so they can have time together when they need. In addition, it can also allow the people on other floors to use different facilities on the other floor

There is a bank in front of the site. It is located along the main road, so it is convenient for people who want to use the banking services.

For the market, it is not very far from the condo. It is actually quite convenient if the residents want to come out to buy various daily necessities, including finding some foods as well.

Parking (in Mosque)

There was as existing nursing home before the project to build this condo was created.

If the parking in condo is not enough, the resident can go to park the car at the mosque because there are still some parking spaces because the mosque doesn’t have events all the time.

It is a place where most of the residents are olden and the project involve getting these people to move in as well.

In addition to th e market on the other side of the main road opposite the condo then the Residents can also come down to eat because the bottom of the condo or on the side of the road there is a restaurant.

When driving into the area of the site, the first thing that you will encounter is a drop-off area for people or public transport to send people that want to get in the building. Also, if you want to go to the parking area, you can drive to the back area of the site to get in and park the car.

The car parking in the building, each floor has 2 handicap parking spaces and my building has 5 floors. So, my building has 10 handicapped parking spaces. Other than that, there will be a parking area for the general public, including people who living in the residence and people traveling on a one-way basis as well.

The facilities in odd floor there is first-aid room, dancing room, exercise area and relaxing space that is chit-chat zone. Also, the facilities will include laundry zone for residence who want to wash their cloths.

The facilities in even floor there is first-aid room, library, and the relaxing space that is chess table.

There is first-aid room in every floor because most of the people living inside the buildings area elderly people who are more prone to harm.
