The premium quality of our products is based on the accurate selection of high quality ingredients. Handcraftship is present in each phase of the production, beginning from the preparation of the dough to the packaging, passing through a careful process of leavening, manually stretching and topping, baking and conservation by the process of deep freezing or refrigeration.

The leavening implies a patient expectation of 24 hours, whilst the pizza has all its time to develop a unique taste, a great scent and a soft structure.

The stretching of the dough and topping of the pizzas are handmade, only using the highest quality ingredients. Each pizza has a personal touch, just like in the best pizzerias.

The manual production, as the ham is divided into pieces by hand and the irregular, imperfect and unique spread of the tomato sauce, allows us to taste a handcrafted product, retrieving memories from the best pizzerias.
