hat are the tools of war? During an upcoming event hosted by the King William Historical Society, a regional group called Tools of Freedom will show visitors weapons, vehicles, uniforms, communications equipment and medical gear from World War I through Vietnam. From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 10, members of that group and another organization called Military Air to Ground Operations Group will set up on the King William courthouse grounds and common green, many of them
