DELTAVILLE -- Calder Loth, retired senior architectural historian of the Virginia Department of Historic Resources where he was employed for 40 years and still serves part-time, will present a program about his book , “Lost Virginia: Vanished Architecture of the Old Dominion” at 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 10, at Dozier’s Regatta Point Marina at 137 Neptune Lane in Deltaville. The event is being hosted by the Middlesex County Museum & Historical Society. Currently, Loth is teaching architectural literacy for the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art in New York and

other venues. He also is vice president of the Center for Palladian Studies in America and a member of the Virginia Art and Architectural Review Board. His publications include The Virginia Landmarks Register, Virginia Landmarks of Black History and Preserving a Legacy.
