Figure 5 shows the results. Across the series of questions, residents were overwhelmingly positive about life in the Copenhagen area. When asked about their neighborhoods, 84% said life there was excellent or good. When asked about the Copenhagen area overall, three-quarters rated it as excellent or good place to live. The same proportion ranked the Copenhagen area as a better place to live than other European cities. For this question, 15% of people said they did not know, perhaps because they had not lived in any other northern European cities. When we examine the responses of just those who had an opinion, a full 88% said the Copenhagen area is a better place to live than its counterparts.
