Meet the Feagleys Jerry, known to many as “what’s his face,” and Jan have been residents and an active force in the community of Point Richmond since 1974. So the reality is, few agents know the Point Richmond, Richmond, Brickyard, and Marina Bay area better. In the re-emerging Real Estate market, our company has held to its values of providing service that’s both personal and responsive to the ever evolving needs of our clients. Jerry and Jan built the Feagley brand based on personal relationships. Jerry’s motto is, “After all, it’s at the pleasure of our clients that we serve.” Jerry started his Real Estate career as a licensee in 1966. After becoming a Real Estate Broker in 1972, he opened his first office in Point Richmond in 1974. As a Real Estate developer he spearheaded his first residential property development in 1976 and went on to be involved with the building of over 300 residential and commercial properties in the West Contra Costa County area. He has served for 5 years as a broker agent in the Top 10% of agents countywide. Jan is a Broker Associate and property management professional. Jan got involved in Real Estate in the early 70’s. She started managing property in 1976 and became a Certified Property Manager in 1983. She specializes in the management of residential and commercial rental properties, as well as multi-units and apartment complexes. Jan has been involved in as many as 13 condominium homeowner associations (HOA’s). She is also a Notary Public. In the office she trains staff and oversees all contracts for Real Estate sales, leases, and transfers for commercial and residential properties. She

does all that, while raising a family and being a supportive wife to “what’s his face.” Her knowledge base is key to the continued growth of Feagley’s agents and staff. Jan’s integrity, uncompromising work ethic and no nonsense business approach are the ingredients to the success of Feagley Realtors and FMI Inc. With over 50 years of experience in all facets of real estate, Jan and Jerry continue to “guide the ship” with the same level of integrity, dedication and excellence in service to our clients as when they began. Jan and Jerry have devoted their lives to making the “Upper East Bay” the best place to live, work, and raise a family. Realtor #01271618 Assistant to Jerry Feagley I have lived in the East Bay all of my life and love the East Bay lifestyle! I was born in Berkeley, raised in El Cerrito and moved to Pinole in 1973. Soon after graduating from Pinole Valley High School in 1977, I bought my first home in Richmond View. I later moved to El Sobrante where I lived for 10 years. However, there’s no place like home so I moved back to my home town of Pinole where I have resided for the last 20 years. My speciality is helping buyers and sellers from Oakland to Rodeo with an emphasis on the towns I call home. Now I have added Point Richmond and the Marina Bay area to that list. I’ve been a realtor for over 20 years with an additional 19 years in the field as an escrow coordinator and real estate office manager. I am particularly skilled at educating clients about the process of buying and selling real estate especially for First-time Homebuyers.

Realtor #01177424 Sana has been working in the real estate business for over 20 years. She worked for Coldwell Banker Infiniti Group and helped many clients in San Francisco, the Peninsula, and the greater Bay Area. After moving her home from the Peninsula to Marina Bay a few years ago, she has devoted herself to gaining her new clientele in Marina Bay and the other cities close by. Sana loves music, singing, biking, walking, paddle boarding, and horseback riding. She speaks English and Chinese (Mandrin & Cantonese).
