Jerry Feagley

Jan Feagley

Jerry, aka “What’s his face,” brings over 50 years of experience to the office. As a Real Estate developer he spearheaded his first residential property development in 1976 and went on to be involved with the building of over 300 residential and commercial properties in the West Contra Costa County area. He has served as a broker agent in the top 10% of agents in the country. Keeping true to his entrepreneurial spirit he and a team of investors founded the Alvarado Bank of San Pablo in 1983. Jerry brought his Pittsburgh, PA work ethic, and talent to create a boutique real estate office. There is one more thing, a life-long commitment of personal service to our clients that the “Big Box” stores just can’t match.

Jan got involved in Real Estate in the early 70’s, started managing property in 1976, and became a Certified Property Manager in 1983. She specializes in the management of residential and commercial rental properties, as well as multi-units and apartment complexes. Jan has been involved in as many as 13 condominium homeowner associations (HOA’s). In the office she trains staff and oversees all contracts for Real Estate sales, leases, and transfers for commercial and residential properties, and is also a Notary Public. All that, while raising a family and being a supportive wife to “what’s his face.”

“After all, it’s at the pleasure of our clients that we serve.”

“With our team on the job, our clients are free to go on about their lives secure in the knowledge that their properties are in excellent hands.”

Cindy Wilson

Realtor #01271618 Assistant to Jerry Feagley (510) 685-5412 I enjoy working with people to help them achieve thier goals. I love to share my 40 years of experience with others. I began my life in Real Estate when I accepted a temporary job as a secretary in a real estate office in Berkeley. I enjoyed the work and was there for 15 years before becoming an independent escrow coordinator and assistant to several of the top agents in town. When my children were old enough for me to work nights and weekends (mandatory in this business) I obtained my license. Over the years, I’ve been involved in over 100 real estate transactions, representing both buyers and sellers and learning something new with just about every transaction - they each seem to have their own individuality just like people do.

Buyer/Seller Guarantees There are many things to consider when selling or buying your home or investment property. A number of factors are involved in determining a market price and creating a marketing strategy based on when you’re selling or buying and where you are. At Feagley Realtors, we are trained professionals who can answer all your questions and guide you successfully through the process to maximize your value. Here are some of the issues we can address.

• • • • • •

What’s my house worth? What are the typical Seller costs? Should I vacate the house before marketing? Should the house be staged? When will marketing begin? Is it a good time to sell?

• • • • • • • • • •

Is there a tax consequence? Should the house be painted? Are there repairs that should be done? Do I have to do the work myself? Can I get help with packing? Should I buy my replacement property first? Anything else I should know? How much money do I need to put down? How much money do I need to close? What are my final costs as a buyer?

As anyone who has bought or sold real estate knows, the devil is in the details and completing a transaction is never easy. This is where Cindy truly stands out. Her integrity, savvy market knowledge and understanding of the fuzzy human factors of deal-making are why I would never work with anyone else,” Jinamae M, Oakland

Realtor #01881814 (510) 680-3043 What I often hear my Buyers and Sellers say is that I am service oriented. In meeting me, you immediately sense that I am predisposed to be helpful, thoughtful, considerate, and attentive. It is simply a part of my personality to be able to perceive and have empathy for a person’s concerns and needs. I then strive to meet those needs. As a result, the buyers and sellers I work with receive attentive customer service and consistent communication. Naturally, this has led to lasting relationships that have allowed me to continually be a valuable resource for Buyers, Sellers, and Colleagues as well. I was born and raised here in the great San Francisco Bay Area. In fact, my family and I have called El Cerrito our home for well over two decades. I have been actively involved in the Real Estate profession for over 20 years. I was inspired to obtain my Real Estate sales license while serving as a Transaction Coordinator. Since then, I have had the pleasure of serving Bay Area Buyers and Sellers and assisting them to reach their goals.
