Welcome to Danish.Care! Danish.Care is Denmark’s trade organisation for assistive and welfare technology. We work for and with the Danish welfare industry and with all of the industry’s and the welfare society’s stakeholders and partners. We set agendas. We provide our expertise. We strengthen Danish welfare export. We gain influence through networks and knowledge sharing.

Danish.Care’s network groups Danish.Care offers staff of its member companies participation in a range of professional network groups. These network groups allow members to share their experiences. This promotes professional discussions and knowledge-sharing among member companies.

Participation in these network groups is free of charge. They are supported by the secretariat and meet three to four times a year, either at Danish.Care’s premises or at the premises of group members.

The groups also act as Danish.Care’s advisory committees for specific, professional or policy issues, helping to shape Danish.Care’s policy and opinion on a given issue.

Export promotion Danish.Care helps members and other companies in the industry with export activities and, every year, arranges a number of export promotion activities with shared booths at foreign trade fairs, mainly in Germany, Sweden, France, the UK and Japan.

Danish.Care cooperates with the Danish Foreign Ministry’s Trade Council to provide support for selected export activities and with Danish embassies abroad regarding activities such as delegation visits and market analyses.


Health & Rehab Scandinavia Danish.Care is the organisation behind Health & Rehab Scandinavia – the leading trade fair for welfare technology, assistive technology, rehabilitation, services and care and hospital equipment in Scandinavia.

The exhibition is the industry’s most important showcase and platform for welfare solutions and social values.

Every year, Health & Rehab Scandinavia gathers hundreds of the industry’s companies and thousands of customers and stakeholders for three days of exhibition, seminars, networking and professional dialogue in Bella Center, Copenhagen.

CareNet – National Network for Assistive Technology CareNet is a commercial and member-based Danish network established in 2008, which focuses on the development, application and dissemination of welfare and assistive technology for care, nursing and independent living. CareNet is operated jointly between Danish Technological Institute (DTI) and Danish.Care. CareNet is dedicated to creating interaction, synergy and innovation between the key partners in the Danish health and welfare sector – and the network is a central platform for the development

of technological interventions that can meet the challenges faced by suppliers and welfare clients in today’s market – and in the future. CareNet hosts a variety of member activities, including network meetings and seminars between Danish municipalities, public authorities and private companies that develop state of the art assistive technology. Members of Danish.Care can join CareNet with a discount of 50%.
