Catering: The catering is per person around !20, that includes waiters, bringing to the hotel and the food are little tapas. So that will be 25X !20 = !500.
Invitations: - The price for 500 invitations is !155 and the size is 21 by 21 centimeter and it will take 8 days before it finish. On the next page you will see the invitation. But actually I prefer just to send it by mail, the hole world is mail now and why should you spend !155 plus the sending cost and with sending it by mail it only cost the design and that’s actually nothing because I already finished it. ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Extra: I want to have 10 models with the clothes on of ‘Liberty of London’. 3 guys and 7 girls. They have to stand in the conference room. The price is per model around !300 a day. So that will be !3000. The music is just music out of a cd, like Arabic vs ballad. So we don’t need a dj. As a extra for the people who came to the presentation I want to make a goodiebag with a photoframe from liberty of London or a book about London with some chocolate. That price is between the !40 and the !70 per person X 25 = !1250. All the places that I have chosen are central Madrid and they all have parking places.
