t is not too common to find a native to the Boulder area. Even so, to meet someone who was the homecoming queen during their senior year at Fairview High School. Meet Mary Siefert! Mary has been fortunate enough to live in the area all her life. She loves all that Colorado has to offer and the opportunities that have been presented to her. As a result, she has been able to portray this love and passion through her successful real estate career.

She specializes in residential real estate and enjoys working with first-time home buyers, investors, and clients moving from out of state. By being a native to the area, she can build

strong relationships with clients who are new to the area by showcasing all its natural beauty. One of her favorite things about real estate is being able to provide outstanding customer service. Within her role, not only is she being a part of someone’s life story, but she is able to provide her guidance and expertise in helping them make the most informed decision for their future. By prioritizing client needs, there is nothing too big or small she would not do to help them.

During her real estate career, she has sold over $100 million in real estate. One of her favorite properties she has represented was for a client who purchased a “fixer-upper.” This property was truly transformed into something beautiful. By being very referral-based, she develops special relationships with each of her clients. Throughout each transaction, her mission is to make them as positive and transparent as possible. Her advice for buyers and sellers navigating through this market is to remain patient and positive. She believes that many people are under the negative connotation that purchasing, or selling a home is a stressful time. Those things are true if someone is not using the right real estate agent. She believes that purchasing or selling should be a positive, celebrated time since someone is about to change the direction of their life for the better.

By having such a rich and rewarding career, she enjoys giving back to the community. She is an animal lover and absolutely adores dogs! She enjoyed volunteering for the humane society and walking dogs. Currently, the one act of commVunity service she is most fond of is the aerobics class she started teaching during the Pandemic. She has taught aerobics for 35 years as well as received a running scholarship in college.

She has always been a fan of exercise and believes it is a crucial element for one to relieve stress and stay healthy. When the Pandemic started, she began teaching virtual aerobics classes, which were highly regarded by members of the community. Currently, these classes are being taught outside five days a week at a local park in Boulder. If one is not able to attend in person, they can access the class through Facebook Live, as well.

During her free time, she loves spending time with her son, Colton. Being a dog lover, she has two beautiful dogs – Bojack (golden retriever) and Marley (pitbull/lab mix.) She enjoys all of Colorado’s beautiful nature and scenery, as well. In turn, she enjoys taking Bojack running on the Boulder Ranch Trail.

One will also see Mary at the Bellagio Craps throwing dice with a big smile on her face with her boyfriend.

Mary was an absolute rock star in helping us find our first home! We changed our minds a lot throughout the process, but Mary was super flexible and just rolled with the punches.
