High-Performance Hoses, Tubes & Spirals for industrial applications.
At Proplast A/S, we specialize in engineering thermoplastic hose solutions that combine technical precision, functional reliability, and cost efficiency.
Our product portfolio covers hoses, tubes, and spirals produced in a wide range of materials, dimensions, and hardness grades, each tailored to meet your exact requirements for performance and durability.
HOSES
Designed for performance. Built to last.
We supply hoses in a broad selection of thermoplastic materials all developed to withstand challenging operating environments in industries such as energy, machinery, transportation, and automation.
Choosing the right material is critical. It requires a solid understanding of the environment in which the hose will operate. An incorrect choice can lead to installation difficulties, reduced lifetime, or even complete failure in demanding conditions.
When defining the optimal solution, we work closely with our customers to consider every relevant parameter:
• Temperature range (minimum and maximum)
• Operating pressure and expected service life
• Chemical exposure and compatibility
• Mechanical conditions such as impact, abrasion, flexibility, and UV resistance
Additional requirements such as color, food-contact approval, or flame resistance are integrated into the design to ensure complete compliance and functionality.
Our hoses are manufactured through extrusion or calendering (roller pressing), ensuring a smooth surface finish, tight tolerances, and consistent quality across every production batch.
TUBES
Precision-cut, material-optimized solutions.
As a complement to our hose range, Proplast offers cut-to-size tubes manufactured according to individual customer specifications.
Our portfolio includes more than 25 different polymers, covering flexible, rigid, and transparent grades for both technical and industrial applications.
Tolerances are determined by the item specification, the precision of the cutting device, and the shrinkage properties of the selected material. We also offer angled cuts, allowing for customized geometries and efficient installation in complex assemblies.
SPIRALS
Flexibility engineered into every turn.
Our spiral hoses are produced to deliver maximum flexibility, strength, and service life in dynamic environments.
They are available in most of our standard hose materials as well as specialized compounds, covering a hardness range from soft Shore A 85 to stiff Shore D 72.
• Dimensions: Ø 4–16 mm
• Working length: up to 8 m for PUR spirals and up to 15 m for PA spirals

Our product range includes both standard and custom-engineered profiles, produced in dimensions from approximately 1 mm to 80 mm, tailored to meet your specific functional and technical needs.
APPLICATIONS
Precision profiles for demanding industries
We have selected materials that are especially well suited for a wide variety of sectors, including:
• Conveyor systems
• Industrial automation
• Renewable energy
• Medical technology
• Food industry
Our engineering team collaborates closely with customers to define the optimal combination of material, geometry, and process, ensuring cost-effective and reliable perfor-
mance under real operating conditions.
PRODUCT RANGE
Advanced materials. Proven performance.
• PA ALLOY (TCP)
PA Alloys (TCP) are advanced blends of PA6 and HDPE, where a special additive enables two otherwise incompatible materials to form a homogeneous molecular structure combining the best properties of both polymers.
The result is a profile with:
• Excellent wear resistance
• High impact strength
• Superior dimensional stability
• Consistent surface quality
This material is the ideal choice for wear profiles and sliding components in conveyor applications, where both strength and low friction are key.
• POLYAMIDES ( PA11, PA12 & PA6)
Polyamides are among the most versatile engineering plastics, combining mechanical strength, durability, and chemical resistance.
At Proplast, we primarily work with PA11, PA12, and PA6, each selected to meet specific performance and processing requirements.
PA11 is a bio-based polyamide derived from renewable resources. It offers excellent flexibility, chemical resistance, and impact strength, making it ideal for applications where durability and environmental responsibility go hand in hand.
PA12 stands out for its low moisture absorption, dimensional stability,
and high fatigue resistance, ensuring consistent performance even under fluctuating temperatures and humidity.
PA6 provides high stiffness, strength, and wear resistance, offering a cost-effective solution for structural and load-bearing profiles used in demanding industrial environments.
Together, these materials deliver an optimal balance of strength, flexibility, and stability, making them ideal for industrial, energy, and transport applications where precision and reliability are essential.
• POLYVINYLIDENE FLUORIDE (PVDF)
Among fluoropolymers, PVDF stands out as one of the most technically advanced materials for profile production.
We recommend an unmodified PVDF grade that combines outstanding chemical resistance, thermal stability, and mechanical performance.
Standard grades are approved for:
• Food contact (FDA)
• Medical use (USP Class VI)
• Drinking water applications (NSF 51)
PVDF profiles are especially suited for high-purity, chemical, and energy -related applications where reliability and material integrity are critical.
• OTHER MATERIALS
In addition to our standard product range, we also offer profiles in several other high-performance materials to meet specific mechanical or thermal requirements.
Additional materials:
• PC – Excellent impact resistance and dimensional stability
• POM – High stiffness, low friction, and good wear properties
• PA 6 – Strong, versatile, and widely used in industrial applications
• PA 6.6 – Enhanced thermal and mechanical performance for demanding environments
These materials expand our capability to deliver tailored profile solutions across diverse applications where precision, durability, and reliability are essential
ENGINEERING FOR PERFORMANCE
With decades of experience in extrusion technology and polymer engineering, Proplast delivers precision profiles that meet the most demanding specifications.
Whether you need wear-resistant conveyor components, chemicalresistant fluoropolymer profiles, or custom-designed solutions, we engineer for performance, longevity, and value.
