PROFILES
Our profiles are extruded in both standard and custom geometries, ranging from 1 mm to 80 mm.
We supply solutions for conveyor,
industrial, medical, and renewable energy applications, offering precision, wear resistance, and excellent surface finish.

Special focus: Infusion profiles for wind turbine blades, designed for resin flow control and dimensional stability in composite manufacturing.
TAPES
We produce flat and calendered thermoplastic tapes for industrial, electrical, and insulation applications.
Calandered tapes:
Thickness 0.5–8.0 mm · Width up to 250 mm Used as anti-wear or insulation layers in industrial systems.
Electrical marker tapes: TPU and TEEE grades for flexible, durable identification and cable insulation.
Insulation tapes (Oil & Gas):
TPV-based materials developed for thermal insulation of flexible risers, combining low thermal conductivity with stable compression set values under offshore conditions.

• UL94 Flame Retardant: PUR T54D FR (V0 3.2 mm), PA 12 FR (V2 0.8 mm), TEEE (V0 1.5 mm), TPE (V0 1.5 mm)
• UV Resistant: PVDF FX, PVDF HA, PC
• Food Contact: Certified materials compliant with EC 10/2011 and GMP (EC 2023/2006)
