Our therapeutic modalities include EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), Somatic Experiencing, Brain Spotting, Organic Intelligence, TRE (trauma release exercises), NARM (neuro-affective relational model), Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectic Behavior Therapy. These therapies are designed to address trauma and help patients overcome negative coping strategies.
We also focus on addressing a range of issues, including sexual concerns, gambling and gaming addiction, and religious trauma. A central aspect of our treatment approach is nervous system regulation, which is crucial for promoting healing and resilience in patients.
To assist patients in learning positive coping strategies and techniques for self-regulation, we offer a variety of complementary therapies. These include massage, Reiki, Breathwork, meditation, soundbath, yoga, art therapy, and equine therapy. By incorporating these holistic techniques, we empower patients to cultivate a sense of balance and well-being in their lives.
Our philosophy of care presumes that physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life are closely interconnected and equally important to the overall health and wellness of a human being.
