Leads come from a variety of sources, including professional networks, associations, members, sales representatives, distributors, news outlets, online alerts, job boards, etc. The quality of the lead tends to correlate with how close the information comes to getting in touch with the decision maker (owner, board member, Parks & Rec Director, etc.).
