Examination Results 2019 Final
We are very pleased to report many notable successes among this year’s exam results. The raw statistics do not tell us about the hard work on the part of individual students and their teachers. The results are even more impressive when one considers that Kelvinside students also made outstanding contributions to sport, music and drama, community service, adventurous activities and many other areas of School life. National 5 (Senior 4) Over 60% of the year group achieved 7 passes at National 5 (A-C). Nearly half of all results were at grade A with 82% of the pupils gaining 5 or more passes at grades A or B.
Higher (Senior 5) Almost 1 in 4 pupils achieved the clean sweep of 5 or 6 ‘A’ grades. 61% of all results at Higher were at grade A. The pass rate for candidates sitting 5 or more Highers was 100%.
Advanced Higher (Senior 6) Over a third of the results were at ‘A’ grade.
