The client came up with a new shipping app that will reduce the paperwork and make the whole process of shipping via DHL seamless for customers. We helped to promote the launch with a “Fast, No Fuss” concept with the key message: "Shipping is so convenient, one can get it all done in a breeze while relaxing with a cup of coffee!" To increase app downloads and awareness of our shipping promo, we rolled out a series of in-store and digital collaterals such as hanging mobile and landing page. We also adapted the KV to target customers during festive seasons where there would usually be an increase in shipping activity.
