Congratulations to W.J. Carroll Intermediate School Principal Mrs. Dana Bottoms who was selected as the 2020 District Distinguished Principal through the AAESA professional organization. This award is given to a principal that has been at his/her designated school for at least 5 years, "demonstrates strong commitment to principalship by active membership in professional organizations, actively participates in community activities, gives evidence of outstanding leadership skills that benefit a local school program.� Mrs. Bottoms was unable to receive her award in the spring due to the pandemic.
