Mon. 6:30-7:20 p.m. Studio B Wed. 6:30-7:20 p.m. Studio B A vigorous, strength-building yoga practice; expect to work at a moderately-challenging pace building a solid foundation of the most common standing yoga poses and various seated postures.

Hatha Yoga

Tue. 5:30-6:20 p.m. Studio B 5:30-6:20 p.m. Studio B Thu. A gentle introduction to yoga postures focusing on breath work, flexibility and relaxation.

Wed. 11-11:50 a.m. Vinyasa Yoga Practice a flowing sequence of postures while focusing on breath.

Thu. 11:30 a.m.-12:20 p.m. Studio B Pilates A challenging class that uses mind-body exercises to stretch and strengthen the muscles. Pilates focuses on the abdominals and works the rest of the body through the core connection. Thu. 1-1:50 p.m. Studio B Restorative Yoga Calm your mind and relax your body with this soothing class. Poses are held for several minutes and are deeply supported by props.
